What Osmium can do for you

  • Copies input files from your application server to the scheduler location and the result files back
  • To prevent polling for the job status, osmium can push status updates to your application server
  • Uses Xenon to copy files and run executables on different storage systems and batch schedulers
  • Used in production to run jobs locally and on grid infrastructure
