What One button compute can do for you

  • Provides a web interface to run a CWL workflow on each input file
  • Downloads input files from remote storage, runs a CWL workflows and uploads the output files to remote storage
  • The user needs to supply the input files and workflow, he/she does not need to care about how the workflow is run
